Welcome to HotBox Burgers, nestled in the heart of Los Angeles. Born from a simple family barbecue and a quest for fresh meals, we've evolved from humble beginnings into a cherished dining destination for foodie enthusiasts. When our family noticed a void in our neighborhood for restaurants offering fresh food, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Thus, HotBox Burgers was born, with a mission to provide the community with top-quality, flavorful meals that speak to the soul.
Our journey began on the wheels of a food trailer, where for about a year, we explored the tastes and preferences of our community. The overwhelming love and support we received enabled us to transition from our mobile eatery to a brick-and-mortar establishment in Los Angeles, where we have been thriving since 2021. A full family endeavor, HotBox Burgers was started by Brenda King, Macias her husband, her three daughters Destiny, Leslie, and Jade, and uncle Miguel (who was the cook in the family). Together they developed all the recipes that are still served today. Sadly, Miguel is no longer with us but his love of food and passion for feeding his family and community is alive at HotBox Burgers.
Our menu is a fusion of traditional Hispanic flavors and classic American dishes, featuring mouthwatering burgers, savory hotdogs and sandwiches, fried hard shell tacos, crispy chicken tenders, loaded fries and much more. Understanding the diverse palates of Los Angeles, we proudly offer an array of vegan and vegetarian options, like Impossible Burgers, catering to every dietary need and preference.
